With only around 150 words per heading in Part B, every paragraph needs one clear finding, one piece of theory and one judgement. If your workplace is a public service, such as a hospital, you can still discuss its target users, service channels and how data like waiting lists or rosters shapes decisions. For Part A, choose writers your group can compare, such as Taylor, Fayol, Weber, Mintzberg and Drucker, and agree the evaluation before recording.
