Devise and describe a scenario in an early years child care setting where issues of child safeguarding and child protection would need to be considered and the role of Tusla and other agencies that should be involved. Consider the relevant legal obligations of the early years childcare setting to the child or children, or parents, the legal obligations of Tusla once notified to act and any other relevant agencies.
