The care plan carries 15 of the 40 marks and the actions and health and safety criterion adds another 10, so most of the grade depends on how well you plan for the specific child rather than describing the SNA role in general. Name the two primary care needs and the secondary task from your scenario, then show step by step how you would meet each one, which skills you use, how you protect the child’s dignity and independence, and which safety practices apply. Keep the stress and supports sections focused, and make the reflection critical rather than a summary.
